ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Ellee Koss has over 30 years of experience as a consultant and an educator. She is a graduate of Boston University, with a Ph.D. in Economics and a BA in International and Comparative Studies.
As a professor, Ellee has worked to bring out the best of what is within her students. In her consulting practice, ISYS.net, she has focused her efforts on working with clients to build organizational capabilities to create and sustain competitive advantages in the global marketplace.
Dr. Koss has been a pioneer and early leader in utilizing vision and values to drive corporate strategy, transformation, and effectiveness. She resides in San Francisco and learned the tango for her wedding.
Ellee is available for speaking engagements, book readings, consulting, and unsolicited advice.

ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR:
Kathryn Adams lives in Toronto, Canada and has been working as an award winning illustrator with international clients for twenty years. For the past six years she has also been teaching marketing strategies and entrepreneurial skills to visual artists at
Sheridan College and the Ontario College of Art and Design.
She has recently begun exhibiting her embroidered work, created under the pseudonym of Sophie, in Toronto and Montreal. Examples of her work can be found at www.kathrynadams.com. |

ABOUT THE DESIGNER:
Anna Hernandez is a graduate student at the University of San Francisco, earning a Masters of Science in Organization Development. She is also an artist. Her design and business management interests came together in designing the layout for Even Bears Can Learn to Tango by Ellee Koss. Anna has combined these two passions throughout her career, managing operations and branding for consumer product companies, interior design firms, and interactive agencies.
Anna believes her interest in design and business management arrives from her conviction that leaders and artists share common qualities. They possess a deep belief in themselves that motivates them to take the necessary risks to grow. They also possess empathy for the world that allows them to see and understand it. This inspires them to give something back that is stimulating, meaningful, and lasting.

Goff is a composer and performer of jazz and classical music. In 1981, he won the coveted Frank Sinatra Award for Arranging and Original Composition. He¹s an avid skier and tennis player, and a father of four. He lives in San Rafael, California and spends his free time working on his farm on the Big Island of Hawaii but still has his eyes on Paris. |
